MV Agusta Nicholas’ Bol d’Or WSM – We already know the love of Walt Siegl for Italian motorcycles. After building “Le Leggera” series based on Ducati, now the Austrian guy has moved his interests to the beautiful bikes of Cascina Costa MV Agusta.

The “donor” for this wonderful special is the Brutale 800, motorized with the famous three-cylinder MV. The “Bol d’Or” takes its name from the lines and endurance of the 80’s bikes, with big tank and light for night races. In creating this special Walt Siegl focused on performance and weight reduction.

The original frame has been kept intact to which they added a new hull and items made specifically for this bike. New air ducts have been used to increase the power of the three cylinders 800. The control unit has been remapped to get the best from the engine.

Several elements have been made of Kevlar, a material that offers greater impact resistance compared to carbon. The total weight of the bike has been reduced thanks to the use of new alloy wheels in magnesium (lighter), the aluminum frame and the exhaust of the SC Project.

The Bol d’Or Walt Siegl it has a total weight of 155 kg, more than 30 less than the F3 series.

Walt Siegl described it thus: “The experience of riding a motorcycle so light and easy to handle as a razor and with the performance of the legendary MV Agusta Motor, swallowed by a sound similar to that of a Formula One car is hard to put into words. It needs to be experienced. ”

Da sempre amante di motori e web. Le quattro ruote le preferisco classiche piccole, veloci e possibilmente inglesi. Le due basta che abbiano carattere da vendere!
