Ducati SD09 Made in Metal – From “Perfidious Albion” comes this cafe racer with alien eyes.

The boys of Made in Metal Motorcycle of Stafford started from a Ducati 900 SS 1998 to make a bike that oozes character from all edges. Elegant and non-trivial choice of body colors (gray / red) that combined black color of engine, chassis and tires and yellow gold forks. The design of the Ducati SD09 Made in Metal recall competitions and soulful vintage.

For forks the choice fell on Ohlins. The tank comes from a Ducati 900 SS, softened to create a classic look. The front mudguard comes from an Aprilia motorcycle. The wheels are made of carbon fiber, and it fitted new tires.

LED headlights, like the tail back, overlapping shapes underline the front mudguard.This one has a bespoke under seat side exit exhausts made from stainless steel.

Finally it was completely overhauled mechanics.
